Norton Internet Security
If you are running Norton Internet Security and find that you are unable to login to your accounts, you will need to configure your Norton Internet Security to allow cookies.  Even though you have cookies enabled in your web browser security settings, Norton Internet Security can override this setting, making it impossible to log in to your accounts.  To read more about how cookies work and why we require cookies in order to log into your website, click here.
 
Configuring Norton Internet Security
  1. Open Norton Internet Security.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Internet Security (or Personal Firewall).
  4. Click Advanced Options.
  5. Click the Web tab.  Refer to the picture below for reference.
  6. Click the Add Site button.  A new site/domain box appears.
  7. Enter www.americanlegendauctions.com.  It will appear in the left frame of the Advanced Options window.
  8. Click www.americanlegendauctions.com once, to highlight the site.
  9. Click the Privacy tab.
  10. Check the Use these rules for www.americanlegendauctions.com box.
  11. Select Permit, in the the Cookies Pulldown.
  12. Select Permit, in the the Referer Pulldown.
  13. Select Permit, in the the Browser (User-agent) Pulldown.
  14. Select Permit, in the the E-mail (From) Pulldown.
  15. Click Apply, and then click OK.
  16. Click OK to close the Options window.
